When we provide services
We may process business contact details, project communications, meeting records, contractual information and other information needed to scope, deliver, secure and administer an engagement. Project-specific processing will also be governed by our contract and, where appropriate, a data processing agreement.
When you use this website
Our hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

- To operate, troubleshoot and protect our website, systems and business.
- To maintain appropriate business, financial and compliance records.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims and meet legal obligations.
4. Our lawful bases
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on taking steps before a contract or performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting a professional services business, and compliance with legal obligations. If we need consent for a particular activity, we will ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or website analytics. Essential infrastructure may still use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and secure the site. 6. Who receives information
We may share information only where necessary with website, email, communications and business-operations providers acting on our instructions; professional advisers; a prospective buyer or successor in connection with a corporate transaction; or public authorities where required by law. We require service providers to protect personal information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, and carry out relevant transfer-risk checks.
8. How long we keep information
We retain enquiry records only while they remain relevant to a potential business relationship and ordinarily review them for deletion after 24 months of inactivity. Contract, project, financial and compliance records may be retained for up to six years after an engagement ends, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law, a dispute, security needs or an agreed client retention schedule. Security logs are kept for the period reasonably required to investigate and prevent misuse.

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. These rights are not absolute and may depend on the circumstances. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
